OUR COMMITMENT
FOR PATIENTS, CAREGIVERS, LOVED ONES, ADVOCATES & HEALTHCARE SPECIALISTS
The people living with, supporting and treating those with neurological conditions are at the center of what we do. We are grateful for the opportunity to have relationships, partnerships and education that has come from working closely with the community globally, from patients and families, to advocacy leaders and healthcare providers. Your contributions and feedback are crucial to the success in finding safe and effective treatments for a wide range of neurological conditions. Â We hear you and are working diligently towards our goal of developing novel, transformative medicines.
Thank you for allowing us to be a part of the community.
About the PACIFIC Study
The PACIFIC Study is a Phase 1b/2a clinical study evaluating adult participants with DEEs. The primary objectives of the study are to assess the safety & tolerability of LP352. Importantly, the PACIFIC study is also designed to examine key exploratory efficacy signals including change in seizure frequency over the entire treatment period, which includes a 15-day titration period and a 60-day maintenance period. We plan to enroll approximately 50 participants across approximately 30 study sites in North America with a variety of treatment resistant motor seizures and seizure disorders that fall into the category of DEEs.
